职位描述：
岗位职责：
-Coordination among external customer and internal customer to satisfy the customers' needs;
-Ensure service standards are met and exceeded by providing excellent accessibilty levels to customers who contacts the company over the phone;
-Assist sales personnel to manage and maximize business opportunities and customer retention opportunities available during the handling process;
-Assist Airfreight Import Manager in handling all customer service aspects;

任职要求：
-Bachelor's degree or higher in operations management or related fields is required;
-Three years or above experience in operations related areas in a fast paced and rapidly changing environment
-Experience in managing inbound call/email center and knowledge in customer service technology is a plus;
-Fluency in English and Mandarin is required 举报 分享
