- Responsible for Marketing & Sales global project deliverables
- Support Global System Release management
- Key Stakeholder communication with international team
- Responsible for continuous customer experience improving
- Ensure regulatory compliance of solution
- Support audit for projects in responsible
Requirements Description
- University Degree or above
- 5+ year’s professional experience in IT or CRM related, ideally in pharmaceutical, consumer care or crop science.
- Good CRM system knowledge, e.g. Veeva, SFDC, and Microsoft Dynamic is preferred.
- Skills for project management of complex international projects, PMP is preferred
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Collaborate and negotiate effectively
- Good communication of English in both written and spoken
