What we expect from you:
? Minimum of 3 years integrated communications management and execution experience ideally agency experience in hospitality and travel industry preferred
? Proven ability to develop plans and messaging in tandem with regional strategy, launch and execute strategies
? Proven ability to appropriate market trends to conceive and tell strategic stories
? Strong in-market media & KOL relations; pitch stories and bring added value to existing media & KOL relations
? Complete grasp of media and social media landscape
? Proven ability to execute creative and/or tactical ideas execution experience successfully managing campaigns for consumer lifestyle brands
? Excellent communications skills in both English and Chinese
? Experience with budget and resource management preferable
? Experience managing supplier is a plus but not mandatory

Key Responsibilities:
As the Account Manager, you will be expected to work independently and undertake the following key responsibilities:
Account Management (80%)
? Manage day-to-day running of accounts, working into Account Director
? Proactively lead day-to-day client consultation through a solution-driven approach, and maintain strong client relations
? Develop comprehensive and compelling communication plans in conjunction with management.
? Manage campaigns and optimize results across traditional media, social media, events and direct consumer engagement efforts.
? Develop and edit press material, spokesperson briefing books, social content and consumer campaign copywriting.
? Efficient campaign budget management.
? Manage junior team, their workload, work quality, career development and reviews.
? Regularly explore partner agencies and suppliers to ensure coordinated approach. Oversee day-to-day account program implementation to ensure client satisfaction.
? Provide a value-added approach to all issues and projects.

Marketing & New Business Development (15%)
? Work with management team to develop new business proposals and attend agency presentations.
? Contribute to various marketing and visibility-raising promotion activities on behalf of the Company.
Planning/Administrative/Training (5%)
? Assist with HR issues.
? Assist in setting employee goals, appraisals, development plans, etc.; work with Management in dealing with personnel matters. 举报 分享
