SUMMARY/SCOPE OF POSITION:
This position will support the Buehler India team of the work of customer service, order handling and logistic of goods.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Responds to customer inquiries via telephone or email to provide problem resolution to enhance the customer allegiance;
All logistics of sales/ inventory control, including but not limited to reviewing and finalizing of contracts/purchase orders initialized by Buehler India team according to rules and regulations set forth by the direct manager so that the orders’ format/terms can be accepted and handled by Buehler factories;
Follow-up on all orders internally (within Buehler) and externally from order entry, through ensuring timely deliveries to successful payments from customers;
Support sales staff with their requests on progress of individual sales cases;
Maintain and update the right information collected from sales force and generate sales reports timely;
General office work including filing, mailing, packing, stock-counting, liaising in/out shipments related to sales orders if necessary, products, spare parts, correspondences writing, translating, etc.;
Support other functions when needed.
EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:
? Bachler’s Degree
? Knowledge in international trade or commercial transactions
? Proficiency in Microsoft Office especially Excel and Powerpoint
? Open & customer oriented
? Good in oral and written English
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
? 3 years working experience of customer service/ sales assistant/ merchandiser
