职位描述
一、岗位职责
1、负责公司市场营销战略的制定和策划。
2、负责公司的市场的调研、分析和业务开拓工作；
3、根据公司安排，走访和跟踪目标客户，维护与客户的工作关系；
3、制定、参与商业合同谈判、合同编制、执行合同签订过程中所需的工作支持；
4、参与公司商务管理和风险控制等。
二、招聘要求
1、本科或以上学历，物流、国际贸易、市场营销等相关专业。
2、英语6级，口语流利；
3、年龄25至38岁；
4、有2年以上国际货运代理工作经验；有丰富的国际贸易和进出口国际货运代理知识
5、优秀的市场拓展、项目协调、谈判能力，计算机熟练；
6、较好的市场策划能力、市场分析、判断能力，人际沟通能力良好；良好的语言表达能力、善于沟通、细致耐心、责任心强、忠诚可靠；
7、有比较丰富的社会资源或较好的客户基础
8、性格开朗、团队意识好、有开拓精神、客服意识强；良好的职业操守、开拓进取精神，能承受工作压力。
9、条件特别突出的，以上要求可适当放宽；
三、工作内容
1、协助总经理建立全面的销售战略；
2、开拓市场、制定并组织实施完整的产品宣传方案和销售方案；
3、组织部门开发多种销售手段，完成销售计划；
4、引导和控制市场销售工作的方向和进度，收集市场信息，并反馈到部门；
5、激励、支持与考核销售人员，参与招聘和培训新的销售人员。

As headquarter in North China region, COHESION Freight Agency Limited Shanghai Branch was set up on 1st February, 2001. We manage branches/offices in Qingdao, Tianjin, Dalian, Ningbo and Beijing. We provide not only international forwarding business for both import and export freight by sea, air and land transportation, but also 3rd Party logistics service such as warehousing, customs formality, CIQ declaration and so on.
