Purpose of Job 职位概要：
Responsible for Accounting activities of Beckett Asia Pacific. These include financial planning, budgeting, creating month end financial reports, and preparing year-end reports for tax and business purposes. Establish budgetary control systems and monitor compliance to budgets. Prepare analysis of data for management and executive board members. Develop and implement financial control processes and procedures. 负责BAP的会计活动。其中包括财务规划、预算编制、生成月末财务报告、以及年终税务和业务报告。建立预算控制系统并监控预算实施。为管理层和董事会成员提供数据分析。生成并实施财务控制进程和流程。

Major Responsibility and Authority 主要职责：
1. Lead and manage an efficient accounting and finance department. 指导并管理会计财务部门使之运行良好
2. Financial control and reporting using Chinese Accounting Methods. 利用本地化的会计管理方式进行财务控制并出具报告
3. Budgeting, financial reporting, and controlling the finances of the company. 为公司编制预算，财务申报并控制资产情况
4. Cash and investment management. 现金和投资管理
5. Accounts payable and receivable management. 应付账款与应收账款的管理
6. Provide profitability analysis and financial advice for the company. 为公司做盈利分析并提供财务方面的建议
7. Maintain good relations with local authorities like bank, tax and finance bureau, etc. 与地方政府维持良好关系，如银行、税务和财政局
8. Manage all the company’s insurance. 管理公司所有的保险事务
9. Audit BAP financial transactions including logistics, cash advances, accounts payable and receivable. 审计的财务事项，包括物流、与付现金、应收应付账款
10. Ensure financial control by developing and implementing policies and procedures to govern all BAP financial transactions. 遵守公司发展和实施中的政策和程序，对BAP的财务事项进行控制和管理
11. Other financial or accounting related issues as appropriate. 其他财务和会计相关工作

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities 知识、技巧与能力要求：
1. Excellent administrative skills: organizing, planning, budgeting, delegating, controlling, follow-up. 卓越的管理技能：组织、规划、编制预算、任命、控制、跟踪事件
2. Excellent communication skill in Mandarin. 卓越的普通话沟通能力
3. Good communication and reading skills in English. 优秀的英文沟通和阅读能力
4. Ability to solve complex problems with minimal assistance. 解决复杂问题的能力
5. Self-starter with independent working spirit. 自我激励和独立工作能力
6. Proficient in Microsoft Office and suite of Microsoft business tools including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. 精通MS Office ，包括Word, Excel, PowerPoint和Outlook
7. Experience with ERP systems, Experience with QAD system is preferred. 有ERP系统相关经验, 有QAD相关经验者优先
8. Proficient in recognized accounting software. 精通会计软件
9. International shipping financial knowledge and inventory control financial knowledge preferred. 具备国际货运财务知识及库存管理财务知识者优先

Qualifications, Education and Work Experience 任职资格：
1. CPA Certificate, CET 6。注册会计师证书， CET-6证书
2. Bachelor degree in Finance (Master’s degree preferred). 金融财政相关专业，本科以上学历（硕士研究生优先）
3. 5 years management experience. 5年的管理经验,
4. 8 years accounting experience. 8年的会计相关经验
5. Multi-lingual work environment for a manufacturing company, international company experience preferred. 制造生产企业多语言工作环境，具备在外企工作经验者优先
6. Previous work to include responsibilities for month-end closings, financial audits. 具备月末盘点的经验及财务审计经验
