职位描述：
主要职责 SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES
? 职位需求分析，寻访相关候选人；
Responsible for direct sourcing of candidates for assigned requisitions
? 优化招聘渠道；通过数据库及网络资源等建立人才库；
Responsible for conducting effective sourcing efforts including utilize multiple sourcing channels such as database mining, diversity channels and social/web 2.0 networking to create qualified candidate pool
? 积极建立个人人际网络，与潜在候选人保持积极互动和有效沟通；
Proactively foster continuous social and media networks and maintain ongoing relationships with candidates and potential leads
? 对候选人进行筛选及能力适配性评估；
Screen and process potential candidates and applicants
? 完成直属上级分配的日常工作指标；
Meet weekly production goals as set by direct manager
? 根据项目标准作业程序及服务级别约定，管理个人日常工作与候选人进行有效沟通；
Manage daily production and candidate activities according to Program’s Standard Operating Procedures and Service Level Agreements
? 通过候选人追踪系统（Applicant Tracking System）对候选人信息进行有效管理；
Utilize Applicant Tracking System (and other program tools) to effectively and accurately accomplish and document candidate management activities within the recruiter job scope
? 对相关客户、行业、人才状况进行分析，从而更好地向候选人介绍工作机会；
Responsible for obtaining thorough knowledge regarding client, industry, and candidate pool in order to effectively sell opportunities to applicants
? 帮助招聘团队其他人员建立、完善人才库，提供有效信息寻访线索；
Ability to assist recruiting staff with sourcing strategies and building qualified candidate pool if and when needed
? 高效完成不同招聘项目分配的既定任务。
Participate on a program team as a high performing recruiter


职位要求和相关经验 QUALIFICATIONS& RELEVANT EXPERIENCE
? 本科学历；
? Bachelor degree；
? 2年以上招聘相关工作经验；
Above two years’ recruiting experience；
? 优秀的人际沟通技能，能够通过电话沟通的方式与候选人保持良好互动，具备优秀的电话营销技巧；
Excellent interpersonal and relations building skills, active and positive approach towards people, ability to communicate and sell over the phone
? 灵活运用网络搜索资源，熟练掌握常用MS办公软件；
Demonstrates proficiency PC skills including in-depth internet knowledge and proficiency in Word, Excel, Power Point, Internet, and database applications
? 熟悉整个招聘雇佣周期流程；具备同时参与不同招聘项目的能力；
Has an understanding of full life cycle recruiting；Ability to multitask
? 具备团队合作意识，善于整合利用团队资源；
Ability to work with and on a team environment
? 敏锐的洞察力，善于发现及寻访紧缺人才；
Willingness and ability to locate candidates with rare skill sets
? 具备较强的工作主动性及责任感;
