职位描述：
Accountability:
？ Develop effective sourcing strategies that increase flexibility and leverage within company's supply base;
？ Lead in developing spend profile, supplier portfolio, supply market analysis, etc.
？ Ensure implementation of and compliance to company supply management strategy, guidelines and processes;
？ Lead in the sourcing process for individual supply account for assisting in critical supplier negotiations and relationship building;
？ Lead in the development and execution of strategic agreement negotiations;
？ Ensure the involvement from Production, Engineering, Planning, Supplier Quality and R&D in the sourcing process;
？ Support the design and execution of strategic supplier initiatives in a partnership manner;
？ Develop solutions to complex problems that require the regular use of ingenuity and innovation, ensures solutions are consistent with organization objectives;
？ Act as prime consultant and external spokesperson for the organization on highly significant matters relating to policies, programs, capabilities and long-range goals and objectives;
？ Work closely with Material Handling Team in terms of aligning the sourcing and purchasing policy and daily operation;
？ Management of local purchasing organization. (Competition Sourcing, supplier relationship management, on time delivery, cost efficiency and transparency);
？ Manage overall Purchasing prices and initiate and manage cost reduction projects;
？ Establish & continuously improve sourcing processes and supplier strategy to support business demand;
？ Lead purchasing organization to meet functional key performance (supplier performance indicators) & budget;
？ Address & coach to improve sourcing & purchasing members’ capability to fulfill their career development needs;
？ Actively support total quality & lean manufacturing concept into supply chain processes.

Requirements:
？ Bachelor in Engineering, MBA or equivalent degree is a plus;
？ Strong experience in Sourcing Chain (logistically), Organization Management;
？ Good command of English, both verbal and literal;
？ Knowledge of ISO;
？ Strong experience in Project Management, Quality Management and Business administration;
