1. 独立开展业务，维护老客户资源，主动开拓新客户；
2. 分解年度工作目标，执行绩效考核制度；
3. 负责售数据统计分析和回款；
4. 建立健全的客户信息管理体系；
5. 负责区域内合同的谈判与签订；
6. 领导交代的其它事宜。

1、有良好的表达能力和沟通技巧,能够及时有效跟客户沟通出现的各种问题。
2、地产相关行业经验优先。
