Tasks Description
Projects
? Manage phases of the project: preparation, scoping, analysis and
design, implementation and stabilization.
? Implement processes considering business, legal and tax requirements
for the international customers.
? Ensure the processes are properly implemented, trained, documented.
? Manage customer expectations and deliverables, respecting timelines
and project plan.
? Communicate effectively with internal and customer project teams as
well as with international and multi-cultural clients. Be responsible
for team members PMP, Development etc, when line organization stays
with project manager;
? Aligns implementation for process enablers, tools; track status and
make sure the readiness;
? Manage risks and issue resolution.
? Manage a project team and the interactions with different counter
parts.
? Report the project status to Advisory Board members and other
stakeholders.
? Apply our project methodology (deliverables, milestones, project
standard tools)
? Propose and implement best practices to maintain high quality in
project methodology.
? Flexibility to adapt to different type of projects
? Identify budget/effort deltas, monitor/control project cost, provide
necessary analysis and information to proper stakeholders.
? Facilitate and ensure both sending and receiving organization’s
readiness including impacted FTE alignment, hiring etc.
Requirements Description
Qualifications (Education, skills, experiences)
Education:
? University degree in Business Administration, Economics, Certified
Public Accountant or other comparable professional education

Experience & Knowledge:
? Profound knowledge of Transition/Implementation Methodology
? Profound knowledge of project management;
? Proven accounting or Shared Service Center experience , accounting
project manager experience is a plus
? Good interpersonal, communications and presentation skills
? Be flexible to take multi tasks and different task
? Profound technical knowledge of accounting and SAP environment;
