Purpose of the Job:
In charge of the D of the QCD.
Relay of the European MP, the ATSL Logistic Coordinator follows the deliveries of all Purchase Order signed between European Sites and Asian Suppliers after FAI. ATSL Logistic Coordinator follows the deliveries of Local Project.

Position in the Organization:
Report to ATSL Supply Chain Manager

Objective:
The ASIA LC contributes to manage the supply chain flow by
· being the SC key contact for ATSA manufacturing site (site MP)
· taking in charge the D aspect of the QCD (Delivery)
· Built and achieve action plan with critical suppliers to insure on time delivery.
· Chasing and support the supplier on SC topics in order to help him to gain in autonomy, reliability and effectiveness.

· LCC OTIF

Responsibilities:
· To follow supplier physical delivery according to site production requirement. To support and insure supplier the actions on the delivery portal on line (ASCOT).
· To manage the gaps between AT needs and supplier commitment in term of delivery date, batch qty and frequency, and any other logistic aspects
· To build action plan in case of delivery risk. Fully understand industrial difficulties, find solution with supplier.
· To be the key interface of EU site supply chain. Regular meeting with EU site.
· To get from the supplier the signature of the Logistic Charter (with the help of sourcing), and the agreement on the Spec Log., insure supplier respect spec.
· To be the key contact with the freight forwarder concerning shipments and potential SC issues (documentation, blockages, consolidation…).
· To do SC audit and capacity audit in order to anticipate and alert on supplier production risk.
· To report on OTD for his suppliers panel, and manage supplier with ASCOT KPI tools.
· Take other proper tasks assigned by company or line manager

Other requirement:
· Fluent in English, French is a plus.
· +3 years’ experience on SC, like material planning, project management SC, industrial background is a plus. 举报 分享
