Report to :Assist Accounting manager- Revenue Accounting
Support to : Disney Comsumer Product
Department:Asia Pacific Shared Services Center (ASC)

Job Purpose
? An Integrity value creating to Controllership this position is established to handle Disney Consumer Product hierarchical day-to-day revenue accounting related activities. The person will be instrumental to verify all INsight (Revenue system) transactions date and perform INsight posting for all revenue transactions. He also need to perform revenue quarterly closing task and prepare all revenue reconciling report.

Key Responsibilities:

? Review and Post Pending Royalty Statements prepared by the Administrator into INsight (Revenue system) and ensure compliance with the terms of the License Contract
? Perform INsight postings for all Revenue related transactions, e.g. Advances, Deferred Unused Advances, Guarantee Shortfall, Audit Findings etc.
? Work with Collection team and Accounting team to make sure all Licensee AR balance reconciled
? Perform invoice checking and ensure invoices are sent to licensee correctly
? Perform and ensure accuracy and completeness of the Insight-LRS-SAP reconciliation and work with Regional IT for errors fixing
? Prepare the revenue related reports and submit to the Asst. Manager for review
? Ensure consistency of data for all financial system (INsight, LRS, SAP) for quarter end closing
? Support Asst. Manager in providing analytical support to different stakeholders for all closing fairs
? Perform reclassification accounting entries related to Revenue function
? Ad hoc projects as required if any

Job Qualifications:
? Strong business acumen Education Requirements
- University Degree in Accounting
? Experience Requirements
- 1-2 years of working experience within a MNC enviornment

? Good oral and written communication skills in both Chinese and English.

? Excellent co-ordination and communication skills
? Execution – deliver the result
? Strong communication and analytical skills
? Strong work ethic and ability to handle simultaneous functions



Functional Skills:

? Good knowledge of English, both written and oral
? Accounting back ground
? Solid IT skills, especially Excel and SAP
