职位描述

任职要求：

1) 大专以上学历，电子、自动化或其他相关专业；

2) 两年以上机电类产品的技术支持或售后服务经验；

3) 良好的中英文表达能力（书面和口语）；
4) 良好的沟通技巧和服务意识；
5) 善于解决技术问题；
6) 良好的学习能力；

工作职责：
1) 产品的安装调试；

2) 故障检修，售后维修及现场维修；

3) 为经销商及客户提供技术培训；

4) 为客户提供现场或者远程技术指导；

5) 维护与经销商及大客户的关系；对内对外合作以达成客户满意

6) 客服经理或者销售总监安排的其他相关工作内容。

Qualifications
1) College or higher degree in elec. engineering, automation or similar majors
2) At least 2 years experience in technical support or after sales service in the field of mech-elec products
3) Proficiency in Chinese & English
4) Good communication skills and service awareness;
5) Good at trouble shooting

6) Good learning ability

Job targets / Area of responsibility
1) Installation and commissioning of product;

2) Trouble shooting, repair in room, on-site service at customers’ site;
3) Training: PPT training to dealers and customers; on-site training;
4) Solve customers' technical problems on site or on the phone;

5) Keep smoothly relationship with dealers/key cusyomers, diplomatically cooperation with internal relationship and external relationship to satisfy customers
6) Other temporary assignments from Service Manager and Sales Director.
