PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES
HCM
1. Bachelor degree or higher
2. Strong HCM application knowledge background
3. Familiar with HCM at TM/OM/PA/PY
4. E-Learning/E-Recruiting/ESS/MSS/MBO/PD skills will be preferred
5. At least 5 years experience in HCM project implementation.
6. Good English (written & oral) and communication skills
7. Ability of independent and team work with strong drive for results
