2工作职责Responsibility:
- Works persistently to gain new accounts and/or identify opportunities in account territory.
- Responsible for a fewer number in more sophisticated accounts. Or a high number of less sophisticated accounts.
- Occasional involvement in outside sales lead with Inside Sales support.
- If account/acquisition focused, individual responsible for:
- Low-to-average revenue spent and/or account complexity within assigned business.
- Limited strategic value within assigned business.
- Intermediate level sales representative, complete understanding of segment, product/service offerings and client set.
- Effectively articulates the value proposition associated with Dell’s products and services.
- Recommends business solutions considering customer needs and Dell interests.
- Builds relationships with customers based on knowledge of Dell’s technology, products, services.
- Stays abreast of current industry trends and how Dell’s customers are being impacted to help solve specific market challenges in targeted industries.
- Leverages cross-functional resources to achieve results/meet customer needs.
- Effectively prioritizes multiple demands while ensuring customer needs are met.
- Makes decision based on an appropriate amount of information/data analysis.


3职位要求Qualification:
- College degree or above;
- 3 years or above of relevant experience, especially focused in IT solution areas;
- Knowledge of applicable IT technology, products, and services and is able to identify how these products and services align to customer needs.
- Prospects – Ability to create/execute an action plan to make unsolicited contact with targeted people to capture interest for further discussion.
- Sells Competitively – Ability to select and execute effective sales strategies and tactics in a differentiated manner to win the business.
- Builds Momentum – Ability to establish and accelerate forward motion toward desired sales objective.
- Demonstrates Portfolio Proficiency – Ability to differentiate and position the value of entire product and service offering.
