Mission
This is a great opportunity if you want to work in an entrepreneurial environment and like challenging mission. We are looking for a Project Team Leader who can contribute to in IAS CC China office move project. This position reports to our General Manager.
Your mission is to coordinate the overall office move project to ensure the good moving quality within master timeframe.
You will have fantastic opportunities to learn, to share & to work together with our international networks.
Major responsibilities:
Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
? To act as the main point of contact for IAS office move project and manage the time frame
? To coordinate all the requirements from each business lines and feedback to 3rd party vendors;
? To liaise with vendors (building landlord, decoration company, supervision company…) for the new office lay-out, planning, decoration, ect.
? To support QEHS on the new building environment and safety management to be complying with legal requirements and Atlas Copco policy;
? To ensure the new facility property (building, power, water supply, air-conditioners…) to keep in good condition
? To work with the Moving company for the office move
Candidate’s profile
Education
? Bachelor’s degree in Business administration or related
Experience
? Project experience in office move or office decoration is a must;
Skills
? Project management experiences
? Negotiation skill
Language
? Fluency in English in both oral and written
