POSITION – SUMMARY

This position is responsible for owning the foundational work on Cisco.com for the Greater China Region.

KEY ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES
 
- Program manage web publishing and localization processes for countries in order to create locally relevant experiences efficiently while adhering to global best practice and user experience guidelines
- Provide oversight on locally funded projects to ensure the same guidelines are met
- Partner with global counterparts to create seamless digital customer experiences during key launches and events on cisco.com
- Support SEO strategy as needed for Greater China
- Lead by example with a ‘test and learn/ mind-set and encourage country teams to adopt the same
- Work with all stakeholders on test strategies, including making recommendations for optimisation
- Use analytics to provide actionable insights and optimisation areas on country sites and work with country teams on optimisation recommendations. This includes analysing website traffic to understand trends and make recommendations on how to maximize traffic and sales conversion
- Work with Corporate and country teams to optimise the content strategy developed by country / region topic teams
- Support Corporate- driven projects designed to assist regions/countries, including site maintenance, rollout of core campaigns (e.g. Brand, core refresh), OneVoiceWeb, etc
- Evangelise Cisco web guidelines and standards to country and regional teams. This includes brand, legal, UE, accessibility guidelines etc. Document, communicate and update these as required
- Educate country teams on the capabilities and insights available to them to optimise the visitor experience on the .com domain with the tools, applications and platforms available in the Cisco digital marketing technology stack
- Participate in global projects to evaluate and assess new technologies to engage visitors and increase web lead conversions
- Capture and share best practices across and beyond the Greater China region through design, activation and dissemination of a regional centre of excellence
- Communicate regular updates on new capabilities, proof of concept in progress, strategic changes in direction (from global) etc
- Represent the Greater China region across the Cisco Marketing & Communications organisation, as required

EXPERIENCE & KNOWLEDGE / COMPETENCIES

1、Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent is required
2、Minimum five years in program management experience required, preferably working in web & globalization
3、Strong interpersonal, oral, and written skills and demonstrated client and supplier focus and ability to understand client needs. Ability to plan and organize effectively
4、Demonstrated ability in refining and optimizing business processes for scale
5、Demonstrated experience in leveraging an integrated marketing approach and DG
6、Understanding of marketing automation principles and/or platforms preferred
7、Soft skills, relationship management skills to build solid relationships with our stakeholders and partners
8、Excellent negotiation skills to facilitate and build consensus, juggling many competing priorities
9、Results-oriented, can-do attitude, working on challenging international environments across time zones
10、Skilled in driving initiatives across the organization and building coalitions
11、Excellent verbal / written communication and analytical skills and the ability to work well within a diverse, geographically distributed, multicultural environment
