Job Summary

Responsible for winning profitable new accounts accorss China use effective sales and marketing techniques. Involves company resources, as appropriate for the customer, to be responsive to client needs. Lead team trough the sales process for target accounts.
Directs, coordinates, supports and reports on sales activities accorss China. Responsible to working with the GM to drive profitability of new sales in China.

Job Summary / Responsibilities

? Develop & Implement an annual sales plan in support of organizational strategy and objectives
? Serving as the leader of the sales team in creating, identifying and qualifying sales opportunities, generating and optimizing leads, managing sales process and driving business opportunities to closure.
? Demonstrate top qualities in leadership and mentoring of sales people in a “hand-on” manner and actively engage in developing and closing key target customer opportunities.
? Identifying opportunities to formulate and develop strategic partnerships and client relationships that will leverage business opportunities and contribute to sustainable, profitable growth.
? Establish appropriate performance metrics of sales performance for tracking progress of specific sales activities.
? Develop a sales pipeline that produces consistent sales quarter over quarter.
? Building pipeline reporting capability to show pipeline performance and sales cycle dynamics.
? Develop sales training programs to consistently increase selling skills. Lead by example.
? Identification of new potential revenue streams and leverage internal resources to optimize them as appropriate.
? Ensuring information security concepts and controls are understood by personnel responsible for securing and maintaining information resources.

Requirements / Core Competencies

? A minimum of 5 years experience in sales management, at least three year in management role.
? Experience formulating strategic alliances, building partnership models & structuring partnership deals.
? Demonstrated track record in building and directing a results-oriented sales team.
? Strong understanding of sales and solutions oriented skills with an emphasis on demonstrating return on investment and other compelling financial benefit imperatives for the client are expected.
? Ability to analyze the competition and changes in the marketplace, and taking actions to meet competitive threats.
? Leadership abilities including the ability to communicate vision and execute strategy are required.
? High level sales and executive presentation skills with ability to gain credibility and trust from VP & C-level decision makers and influencers within the client organization.
? The ability to think beyond classical selling parameters to create new approaches, solutions and “win- win” scenarios in securing new client business.
? Establishes and builds trust across business functions, levels and departments to facilitate the achievement of shared goals.
? Learns from mistakes and remains committed to finding solutions despite difficulties and uncertainty.
