1. Responsibility
? Maintaining shopping mall tenant sales data collection and process platform.
? Maintaining point of sales system. (Possible)
? Maintaining property management system, FMC.
? Maintaining CMS system for digital Signage.
? Monitoring the status of complex interface between multiple systems.
? Data processing for system analysis and adjustment.
? Deploying and maintaining report platform, such as BI report, Excel, Excel VBA etc.
? Hardware and software maintaining in the Mall.
? Assist with Creating and maintaining standardized working process.
? Communicating with other team or department effectively and timely.
? Has innovation consciousness to improve the IT professional capability.
? Understand O2O (Online to Offline) solution, Apps, Digital Signage, Web portal, people count, CRM, Way finding, Wechat payment, Alipay technology.
? Investigate and follow up the incidents and provide short/mid/long term solutions.
? Providing expert support, analysis and research into exceptionally complex business and technology problems.
? Passion for technology, providing new solution for Mall management.
? Provide technology training for other teams.
? Provide and maintain documentation of systems architecture, troubleshooting and support guidelines, system metrics, and project information including plans.
2. Qualifications
? Bachelor degree, computer application, network management information management and other computer related majors.
? Having written and spoken English, CET-4 or CET-6, fluent oral English is preferred.
? 3 years IT working experience in retail, commercial real estate industry.
? Familiar with data collection and process platform. IT help desk experience is preferred
? Proficiency in Windows environment, Hyper-V, AD.
? Proficiency in database software, including SQL, Oracle etc.
? Proficiency in Network infrastructure, including Switch, Router, Firewall, Cabling setup.
? Proficiency in Hardware and software maintaining, including hardware and software maintenance for PC, Video Conference, Server, Notebook computer, Mobile device.
? Proficiency in Point of sales machine setup is preferred.
? Understand web application development platforms, tools and utilities including JSP, ASP, PHP, JavaScript as well as Flash.
? Understanding in accounting software, Familiar with JD Edward is preferred
? Strong knowledge in various data analysis software, such as BI report, Visual Basic, Excel, Excel VBA, HTML, JavaScript etc.
? Good team spirit within the team and across the team
? Excellent communication skills – written, verbal and interpersonal
? Can deliver high quality work in a fast-paced environment
? Strong learning and self-learning capability
? Full availability is required, which means shifts are scheduled at night, weekends and holidays
