职位描述：
1.能熟练操作Linux/Unix操作系统，熟悉Linux/unix系统下的各类常用服务器配置、管理和日常维护，能独立完成故 障诊断和故障排除工作；
2、具备AIX小机的运维管理经验，能完成系统日常维护工作，能独立完成故障诊断排除工作；
3、了解IBM 逻辑分区管理技术，熟练使用 HMC 创建、配置管理分区服务器。
4、熟悉IBM和HP的X86服务器、IBM的存储设备，能进行常见故障诊断工作，熟悉SVC操作。
5、熟悉相关网络知识及TCP/IP协议；
6、熟悉VMWare等主流虚拟化技术；
岗位职责是：1、负责lBM、HP的x86服务器的运维、排障、2、AlX小机的系统运维排障、3、lBM存储设备的管理排障。
