职位描述：
Tasks Description
This is a full-time position with 1 year labor contract with Bayer.

？ Manage dept. head’s calendar including scheduling and arranging
internal/external meetings, business trips and other various
events/activities
？ Organize dept. trainings, meetings, cross-functional workshops,
visits/trips of colleagues from the Headquarters and other team
activities (e.g. outings)
？ Responsible for the procurement procedures of office facilities or
third party services and follow up on the tracking of payments
？ Maintain, file and update various dept. documents/templates as well
as structures of & accesses to share folders
？ Prepare presentations/meeting minutes/email drafts/handbooks based on dept. head’s requests
？ Assist auditors/case controlling on case log data maintenance and
monthly statistics
？ Provide a first point of contact for general enquiries and play and
serve as a liaison between Corporate Audit and other departments
？ Other miscellaneous admin tasks (e.g. staff recruiting, new employee onboarding, budgeting etc.)
Requirements Description
？ Bachelor degree from an accredited university or college
？ 3 to 5 years’ relevant working experience as assistant or secretary
multinational company background is a plus
？ Fluent in both oral and written English, German is a plus
？ Advanced skills in MS-Office
？ Great interpersonal skills in communication and coordination
？ Team work spirit and strong sense of responsibility
？ Proactive attitude and self-motivated
？ Fast learner, be able to work under pressure
