职位描述：
1. Equipments management of manufacturing plant
       工厂设备管理
1.1 Factory equipments management （spare parts definition and account management.）
      工厂设备管理（如：备件的制定，备件账册的管理）
1.2 Factory infrastructure configuration and maintenance. Such as air compressor, gas path, circuit, oil path, etc.
       工厂公用设施维护。如空压机、气路管道、电路、油路等等
1.3 Make maintenance plan, records and work instructions for production equipment.
      设备维护计划、记录和生产设备的作业指导书
1.4 Mechanical and electrical equipment troubleshooting, make sure the equipment can be used normally and safty.
      机械、电器设备的故障排除指引，以保证设备的正常运行和安全
2. New equipment import、Equipment optimization
     新设备的引进、设备优化
2.1 According to production needs, define the parameters, type, installation and renovation for the new equipment.
       根据生产需求，制定出所需新设备的参数和型号、设备的安装和改造
2.2 Continue improve mechanical and electrical control for production equipment, reduce down times as much as possible.
       持续改进生产设备的机械和电器控制，尽可能的降低设备的停机时间
3.- Experience in training employees / students
       对下属学徒进行培训
4. Other tasks assigned by superior.
    领导布置的其他工作任务。
任职要求：
1.At least 5 years experience for moulding machine, punching machine, CNC, automatic assembly production equipment service and maintenance.
   5 年以上注塑机、冲压机、自动化车削机、自动组装机的维修维护的经验
2.Experience in PLC programming, can write a simple program
   有PLC编程经验，可以编写简单的程序
3.Operation modes, programming
