General Job Description
Explore service solutions opportunities in general projects. Develop, enhance and customize service solutions to meet customer's needs. Package, localize, market, promote and sell service solutions developed from RHQ (IDEAL IT infrastructure, Desktop and Applications). Manage, monitor and enhance existing service solution projects to work with BD and RD, identify service solutions opportunities and come up with a integrated solution.
Main Responsibilities/Key tasks
1. Explore service solutions opportunities and customize service solutions to meet customer's needs.
2. Package, localize, market, promote and sell service solutions developed from RHQ (IDEAL IT infrastructure, Desktop and Applications)managed service
3. Manage, monitor and enhance existing service solution offerings.
4. Develop relationships with customers, vendors and partners to manage service engagement.
5. Play a good PPTL role (Proposal team leader ) in general project .
6. Play a solution owner for new solution implementation with delivery team
7. Well understand related solution comparison information and other market intelligence
8. Other tasks assigned by the superior and the company.
Related experience/Competencies required
1. Effective communication skill, oral and written
2. Good command in English, written and oral
3. Experienced in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and other Microsoft applications are advantages
4. Experienced in Proposal writing
5. Be active to learn new solution.
6. Solid working experience in banking industry is a must.
Education/Special knowledge & skills
1. Computer Science related Engineer Bachelor degree
2. More than 4-7 years working experience in similar field
3. Obtained Professional Certificates
a. CCIE(Advantage )
b. PMP( Advantage )
