职位描述
Main Responsibilities:
- Contract/Order processing for business divisions to ensure smooth delivery and payment, assure all contracts and orders' terms in line with company policy;
- Price Management to ensure contract/order and bidding price in line with company approval process and procedure;
- Fulfill related internal reports including monthly IO & Rev figures, product, forecast and backlog reports;
- Work together with business divisions to prepare and review bidding documents;
- Work closely with business divisions to chase the business status in order to achieve monthly and quarterly forecasts
Key tasks:
- Review contract and project terms and work with business division for the risk management
- Prepare contract/order, project's P&L and price proposal
- SAP entry and maintenance to ensure accuracy IO & Rev figures in system
- Work with logistic division to arrange goods;
- AR review with business division and FI division;
- AP checking and progressing;
Required Qualifications:
- Min 3 yrs related working experience;
- Above college degree, major in economy, trade or business admin;
- Good at MS office, SAP experience is preferred;
- Good command of English, both in read and written;
- Aggressive and result-oriented ;
