Job Responsibilities:
1.Assistance by preparation of meetings and seminars
1.Assistance by preparation of meetings and seminars
2.Coordination with other departments and providing support if need
3.Input of business cards in customer database
4.Travel expenses control and assistance of business trip bookings eg.air ticket,hotel,transportation
5.Organize company event and activities
6.Purchasing of office suppliers in coordination with Finance department,repair equipment and working tools
7.Expatriates administration affairs supporting
8.Other admin tasks assigned from manager
Requirements：
- College graduate or above, English or Admin or Business management major are a plus
- At least 2 years assistant experience especially in foreign companies will be an advantage
- Good English language skills
- Familiar with Microsoft software (Word,Excel)
- Customer-oriented approach and good interpersonal skills
- Helpful and cooperative, ability to work in a team and integrate into a German-Chinese work environment
- Ability to work under pressure
- Able to work on own initiative

It is the pilot project under the EU-China Partnership on Urbanization. It has a core area of 4 sqkm, consists of three zones and Production Center, including a Sustainable Urbanization Park, a Life Science Park, as well as a 4.0 Business and Production Center. This pilot project will become an international low carbon, green and sustainable new type of urbanization park demonstration project, combining industrial, production, commercial and residential areas. Relying on the location advantage of Shenzhen，the project will be developed into one of the most important platform and demonstration window for the exchange and cooperation between China and Europe industrial communication.
