Responsibilities and tasks
? Generating leads, sales and closure of contracts toward our existing Chinese customers. Focusing on
? Spares
? Service
? Upgrades
? The role will also include the development and sales of Service agreements
? Sales to be done in a proactive manner by regular calls and on site meetings. The focus group are the maintenance and production departments.
? Initiate and coordinate that offers are developed by Headquarters and ensure that our offers are presented to the customer in most efficient manner
? Keep Salesforce updated
? Responsible to drive the development of the Spares product portfolio/offer, creating spare parts concepts that suits our customer’s needs.
? Identify other possibilities for company, outside own responsibility e.g. new presses, during customer visit and forward that information to right department within company for further actions
? Prepared to participate at exhibitions and other market events
? Cooperation and coordination with agent

Previous relevant experience:
- Customer relations.
- Technical background.
- Equipment or/and Spares & Service sales towards industrial customers. Preferable both from Government controlled as well as private companies
- Experience of bid processes
- Preferable experience/knowledge from industrial equipment maintenance.

Additional qualifications:
- Outgoing.
- Driven and result oriented, willing to put in extra effort to reach set goals
- Leadership qualities.
- Continuous improvement mindset.
- Understanding of Western work practices and standards
- Driven by close contracts but with the ability to long term sales development

Education: B.Sc.. Mechanical engineering is preferred

Languages: Native Chinese; Fluent English
