Your role
Are you a people person? Do you also enjoy getting to grips with the technical aspects of team deliverables while inspiring others to deliver their best? We are looking for someone like you to join our team. As regulatory reporting specialist, you will assist in managing a growing team responsible for transactional reporting to regulators across the world as well as focusing your experience on the fundamentals. You will work together with the Regulatory Reporting regional management team as well as global stakeholders to ensure obligations to the regulatory authorities are met.
Your team
While based full time in Wuxi, you'll be working in a global team responsible for functions supporting transactional reporting to global regulators within tight deadlines. In our collaborative culture, the team works closely with a number of other teams to ensure UBS' obligations are met. You will work with people from all walks of life making this team diverse, sharing ideas and experiences to achieve common goals.
Your experience and skills
You have:
– experience in working in and with global teams
– an understanding of what it takes to be part of a successful and driven team with motivated individuals
– experience of middle office, regulatory operations, or banking operations at a minimum
– knowledge of OTC derivatives products and terminology
– excellent communication skills, both in person and remotely
– a track record of delivery
You are:
– a great communicator, you know how to speak with people at all levels
– a hard worker and a smart worker
– an expert at challenging the status quo
– a team player and an inspiration to those around you
