Responsibilities:
? Execute recruitment activities base on headcount requirement and hiring strategy ,including advertisement, screening, interview arrangement, interview and offering, reference check, physical examination, etc
? Develop, maintain and evaluate various recruiting channels and cooperate with different vendors to enlarge recruiting resources and improve current efficiency
? Response for recruiting routine reports, such as monthly headcount report, weekly vacancy report etc. and provide analysis on recruiting performance such as analysis on lead time, recruiting channel, fulfillment rate etc.
? Be the key coordinator collect all necessary information on new staff, guarantee a smooth operation before new staff on-boarding
? Assist HR Manager to overview all recruiting policies, procedures as well as relevant documents
Requirements
? University degree in Human Resources/Businees Administraion or equivalent major.
? 7-10 years working experience in HR with foreign/multinational companies, with hands-on experience on recruiting
? Good command of English in oral and written
? Knowledge on PRC labor law/regulation is a plus
? Good interpersonal skills and with the ability to communicate with all levels of staff in organization and external recruiting vendors
? High sense of secrete,responsibility,well time management and self-motivated, be albe to work under pressure
? Can do attitude, with good customer service mind set
? Strong coordination skill with good follow-up,be flexible and with easy-going characteristics 举报 分享
