1. Exploring potential business from existing customer:
-new project motion, get chance for new business quotation
-make quotation
-collect and analyze information of competitors and customers
-business negotiation;
2. Learning customer focus by:
-organizing customer meeting
-working with primary support to track outstanding incidents, requirements progress
-keeping customer updated with all the progress
3. Being familiar with industry and VISTA knowledge and customer business:
-being able to give reasonable suggestions to customer against to the product questions or requirements
-being able to analyze customer request and make feature document accordingly
-Working with product and development team to track the feature progress until the deliverable is accepted.
4. Managing account receivables: license, maintenance, development and service billing.
5. Maintaining account information in CRM system to keep the customer information accuracy. Reminding management team for any potential business risk from customer with suggestions, raising account management report timely.
6. Visiting customers regularly, carrying the customer survey and improving the customer satisfaction accordingly.
7. Responsible for customer's visiting reception, presentation, and visit on plant to meet expectation
