职位描述：
Job Responsibility
？ In charge of IVL (Individual Validate License) submission. Work closely with IVL coordinator to verify the application documents and ensure the information is accurate.
？ Be responsible for the MOFCOM application and tracking.
？ Follow up with CSR on the post shipment documents and send to team for filing
？ Provide monthly IVL summary report to Management Team
？ Review RPL inquires raised by sales, services and CoPC team
？ Review export hold escalations requests which raised from CSRs
？ Build up and maintain good relationships with MOFCOM
？ Release order and send notification letter to customer for IVL products, follow up the order released process with US Compliance Team
？ Assist customer to apply for Japan relocation
？ Deliver Export Control training to internal stakeholders
？ Track the regulations of Export Control and communicate them to internal stakeholders

Requirement
？ Bachelor Degree in International Trade or other related field
？ Know the Export Control process and operations
？ Have strong ability on cross functional communications
？ Can work under high pressure and should be Self-motivative, proactive, and innovative.
？ Fluent in both written and spoken Mandarin Chinese and English
