职位描述：
Major Responsibilities:

 Create a culture of accountability and set clear objectives for Franchisees and General Managers to achieve goals in key performance indicators, such as customer count, net sales, customer satisfaction, sales mix and labor.
 Demonstrate knowledge and a deep understanding of our key processes and operations ensuring that his team follows them.
 Create and maintain a high energy, high performing district where people want to work
 Assumes a lead role in assisting the Quick Lane Franchisee with hiring, training, and retaining talent at the General Manager’s level
 Maintain proper business controls across all business aspects (integrity, ethics, safety, store/grounds appearance, overall store atmosphere and operations)
 Partner with assigned franchisee and counterparts to ensure alignment of purpose and maximize all available resources to grow the business
 Regularly conduct and participate in store-level and/or district meetings
 Handle all miscellaneous tasks assigned by Quick Lane Central management

Position Specific Job Skill Requirements:

 3-5 years of experience working in a multi-unit retail environment (automotive industry experience preferred)
 Experienced with driving results for a profit and loss center
 Proficient in Microsoft Office and able to learn and use internal software applications
 A proven record of motivating and developing managers.
 Has effective communication skills
