任职要求：

1、有良好的美术功底，良好的创意思维和理解能力、色彩感好，能独立设计出具有特色风格的作品；

2、有独立的图文广告、宣传海报、网络广告等商业设计作品；

3、有一定的手绘能力；

4、擅长宣传资料的构思和设计，具有独到的设计见解，较强的对设计需求的沟通理解能力，对各类时尚元素有敏锐的洞察力, 熟悉完稿及印前工艺；

5、熟练使用Photoshop、Flash、Illustrator、CorelDraw、Dream weaver等；

6、有活动策划设计经验优先，熟悉Event、Conference、Road show等线下创意经验优先。

工作职责：

1、负责项目的设计；

2、完成相应的平面设计图。
