Main Responsibilities

· Own and drive business for property division, specialized in luxury retail store fitting-out works.
· Prepare, propose and implement sales planning strategy; execute plan to achieve sales productivity standards; ensure annual revenue goals to be achieved.
· Optimize the sales funnel and brand visibility on all luxury retail channels.
· Initiates in the development, implementation and analysis of all sales program to drive customer acquisition, retention, and loyalty
· Gathers and reports all competitive activity and marketing research for better understanding of the industry environment and competitions. Prepare strategic assessment of key competitors; evaluate and improve return on investment.
· Develop and maintain good relations with luxury brand clients, sub-contractors, government networks; enhance service quality, maintain customer relationship to maximize revenues.

Experience/Education Required

· Five or more years of relevant business development/project management from luxury retail store, rich experience and knowledge in the industry
· A record of academic and professional accomplishment represented by increasing responsibility and high performance ratings.
· Undergraduate degree in business or technical field from a recognized school required, MBA or equivalent education background from top schooloptional.
· Strong analytical background and strong communication skills.
· Proficiency in English and Mandarin Chinese required
· Strategic thinking and result-focused.
· Change management.
