职位描述

Work-related Skill / Competency

- Collaborate with the Creative team to develop strategic solutions projects assigned

- Establishes and communicates rationale to the Senior Art Director and respected project owners behind concept and or/design direction

- Creates overall visual design, Digital Imaging/Photomontage and icon design for Web, as well as application/UI design for ATL & BTL and Digital campaign

- Assist other team members when needed and be accessible to other Art Directors and designers for creative and technical assignments

- Visually integrate and enhance the architecture, UI and navigation outlined by Creative Director, Information Architect and technical team.

- Follow all assigned projects through all stages of development

- Continue to expand knowledge of additional software tools and technologies as they emerge

- Successfully manage time and multitask

- Assist senior in photo and/or video shoots or any third party vendors including final productions of ATL & BTL supervision

- Assist senior to Creates overall visual design, Digital Imaging/Photomontage and icon design for Web, as well as application/UI design for ATL & BTL and Digital campaign

- Assist in overseeing campaigns through the production stage to completion

Job Objectives by position- in order of frequency-

- Good understanding of typography, illustration, and photography for ATL & BTL

- Good knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign

- Good DI (Digital Imaging) skill is a plus

- Degree in Design/Fine Arts

- Keen attention to detail

- Flexibility, open-mindedness, enthusiasm and a great sense of humor

- Ability to interact professionally and resolve creative issues with team members

- Ability to work under pressure and under very minimum supervision of a senior creative or management

- Strong analytical skills and highly organized with ability to juggle multiple tasks simultaneously to meet deadlines for a fast-paced environment

- Working knowledge of web development is a plus
