职位描述：
Production Director/生产总监-纺织/服装/制衣行业优先

工作职责：
1.负责集团品牌内衣生产管理，在大中型内衣及服装公司工作经验者优先，熟悉生产工艺流程，精通生产制造的各环节，懂生产质量的控制管理；
2.统筹生产流程、生产计划安排、品质控制、成本控制及生产跟单管理；
3.安排工厂的定单生产，全面统筹面料、辅料及成衣的试样、确认、生产及配送；
4.开发与评审外协加工厂，确保外协厂商产品加工的质量，并解决生产过程发生的突发事件；
5.健全和执行公司生产管理系统和质量管理的程序、规范、标准；
6.生产部所有相关制度、标准、流程等文件的制订与完善。

岗位要求：
1.熟悉服装生产的技术要求，熟悉服装工艺/技术/版型，掌握面辅料性能，精通生产管理和生产流程知识，精通亚洲、欧洲技术检验标准；
2.熟悉服装生产流程，能够制定服装生产计划，有较强的沟通能力，协调能力，责任心强；
3.大专以上学历，8年以上工作经验、5年以上服装生产管理、技术管理等相关经验，有内衣行业经验生产经验优先考虑；
4.熟悉打板、颜色管理、大货生产、仓库等过程中各项质量问题跟进，能提供质量问题解决方法；
5.有良好的管理能力、统筹能力、协调沟通能力及组织能力；
6.熟练操作各种办公软件。 举报 分享
