Brief Job Description:
In this role you will work with the Sales, Service Delivery team in mainland China, HK and Taiwan as well as our clients in the APAC region to recruit IT talents for any open positions. In addition, you will develop partnership with local training organization and universities to maintain a rich resource pool.

Job Description:
- Communicate with hiring manager in analysis hiring request.
- Arrange hiring manager interview and tracking hiring status.
- Resume and files management, maintain accurate candidate database.
- Interview arrangement and follow-up, conduct interview.
- Coordinate with headhunting and follow up with managers on interview.
- Conduct talent search for specific positions independently when needed.
- Keep track of the internal referral program and monitor process.
- Manage and improve the recruitment system and process.
- Perform follow-up as appropriate including reference checks, new hire orientation.
- Work independently on recruitment channel management and efficiency evaluation.
- Asst. on other ad-hoc HR affairs.

Required Experience & Skills :
Experience
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in sales or HR role in China or other applicable experience
- Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed agreed objectives.

Skills
- Must be active and organized, show a strong sense of ownership, commitment, & resourcefulness and be a good team player.
- Basic business knowledge, especially related to best business practices, Standard Operating Procedures, etc.
- Understanding of IT infrastructure in relation to customers' business is highly desirable, but training can be provided.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and interview skills
- Positive attitude and able to take multi task
- Customer oriented. Strong service mindset, self-motivated, out-going & easy to approach
- Adept in use of office IT tools, particularly Windows, Outlook, Word and Excel
