Job Description
Title Accountant

Key Responsibilities and accountabilities
1. Control daily transaction data quality and policy compliance on the result from cashier;
2. Prepare the bookkeeping under PRC GAAP for both headquarter and subsidiary company;
3. Responsible for monthly/quarterly/annually tax declaration, including output/input VAT, EIT, stamp duty, IIT, etc.
4. Responsible for monthly fapiao application, fapiao quantity/version extension as business demands; tax issues liaise with tax bureau;
5. Liaise with bank regarding bank issues and account reconciliation;
6. Conduct weekly cash forecast;
7. Prepare management reports as required;
8. Responsible for Annual Audit and Settlement and Payment of EIT;
9. Accounting process improvement and management controlling system improvement;
10. Other tasks as assigned by management


Requirements and Qualifications

1. Bachelor degree in Accounting, Finance or Taxation is preferable;
2. Good command of PRC statutory accounting principles, standards and procedures;
3. Familiar with the reporting requirements for tax filing and declaration;
4. Around 3-5 years’ working experience as an accountant in foreign invested companies or in the field of fast moving consumer goods;
5. Fluency in both written and spoken English and Chinese;
6. Good computer skills, especially in Excel, practical experience with Kingdee is preferable;
7. Strong sense of responsibility and problem solving skills;
8. Able to work independently under deadline.
