职位描述：
Field Process Engineer-Sabre

Location: Nantong

Responsibilities:
-Responsible for completion of process support and installation of new systems at customer sites. This will include evaluation and documentation of process outputs of hardware modifications/upgrades to existing systems.
-Setup and complete experiments, collect data and generate reports for both internal and external distribution.
-Develop process for new application at customer sites on existing Lam equipment.
-Define problems and objectives, develop approach, analyze results and provide recommendation for new and previously installed Lam equipment.

Requirements:
-Master degree, majoring in Micro-electronics/Chemistry/ Physics/ material science related. For very experienced and skilled people, Bachelor can be acceptable as well.
-~ 3 year experience, a real good person with independent work style maybe 3 years.
-Direct semicon experience; direct bump plating experience;
-Fluency in writing and oral English.
-Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
-Be able to do FPE work, as well as manage customer to some degree. 举报 分享
