职位描述
1. 根据公司安排的销售计划和目标，负责实施，完成指标；
2. 维护老客户、积极开拓新客户；
3. 收集并整理相关的市场及客户信息，及时将信息汇报上级，为公司的业务决策提供信息支持；
4. 必要时配合团队中其他成员，合作完成工作任务；
5. 提供合理化建议，改善工作流程和方式；
6. 完成领导交给的其他相关工作或任务。
职位要求：
1. 大专及以上学历；
2. 具有2年以上销售/市场工作经验；
3. 具有高度的销售动力、富有开拓精神、目标感强、成就动机强；
4. 有良好的沟通和谈判能力；
6. 有媒体/广告行业经历者优先。
Job Requirements：
- Bachelor degree or above
- 2~3 years experience in public relations, marketing，advertising field, of which the experiences
- in international public relations or advertising agency will be an advantage
- 2+ years of agency account management experience will be an advantage
- Strategic and creative thinker
- Excel in a fast paced environment and meet deadlines on time
- Outgoing, independent, self-motivated with good interpersonal skills
- Confident and be comfortable presenting to clients on a regular basis
- Multi-tasking flair; well-versed in current affairs
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Chinese
- Fluency in English, Mandarin speaking is a must
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage daily account activity;
- Provide ongoing support and feedback to business unite team
- Direct development of client strategies
- Strategic thinking and creative PR concept development
- Develop PR strategic proposals according to clients’ needs
- Lead client meetings to review programs and status
- Support senior level staff with various project and activities
- Manage vendor relationship
- New business development
