Job Description: Logistics Specialist

- The Logistics Specialist is responsible for managing logistics activities in a manner that shall meet business fulfillment requirements in parallel with the goal of transportation cost reduction. The position is responsible for collecting and communicating all necessary information related to upcoming and ongoing shipments, projects and services as well as providing logistics support, consulting, and obtaining best possible transportation rates.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or equivalent college degree – Focus in Logistics preferred
- International Logistics experience preferred – freight-forwarding background preferred
- Fluent Verbal and written English – Second language preferred
- PC skills (Internet, Microsoft Office Tools)
- Highly responsible person with cooperative Team Working skills
- Good communication skill with Local/Foreign staffs, Suppliers and Customers – Purchasing and sales experience in Logistics preferred
- Self-Motivated character with eagerness to learn new processes and assume additional assignments and responsibilities
- Ability/willingness to handle high volume transactional volume
