Job Description:

1. Supervise payments process and ensure payments promptly made according to payment terms

2. Monitor invoice matching, system input and co-ordinate adjustments where necessary

3. Monitor and co-ordinate with other departments to ensure all non-merchandise invoices captured by system, otherwise accruals made properly

4. Review reconciliation of vendor statements

5. Address vendor enquiries regarding payment issues

6. Align with G/L team to ensure AP closing in accordance with month end timetable

7. Review vendor brand contracts from finance point of review before contracts signed

8. Keep vendor information update timely

9. Ensure compliance with SAFE requirements and keep up with related rules change

10. Review and streamline AP processes to enhance efficiency while maintaining reasonable controls

11. Participate in project planning & execution, focusing on regulatory and financial issues, to make sure progress on schedule

12. Coordinate external party negotiations, and partnership maintenance

13. Coordinate finance functions & system set-up for new store locations

14. Participate in project budget preparation and related analysis

15. Post-launch project performance evaluation & issues follow-up




Job Requirements:

1. Bachelor degree major in finance/accounting with relevant AP, GL and project experience, preferably minimum 2 years of supervisory experience

2. Familiar with foreign invested company practices, experience with retail companies preferred

3. Good sense with coordination, reporting and analysis

4. Good command of English, computer and writing skills

5. Demonstrate commitments and proactive attitude, specially when working under pressures

6. Team work spirit and good communication skills
