A. Job title :

AR LT Billing Accountant-Hertz RAC China, reporting to Hertz China AR Manager .

B. Job purpose :

The Accountant will be the liaison between the customer and Hertz in billing and monitoring collections. Primary contact will be by phone. This role acts as the main liaison between the customer's A/P department and sales team of Hertz.

The key responsibilities and accountabilities for the incumbent are to:

1. Maintain Long Term leasing contracts information which is useful for billing

2. Issue billing statement to customers and follow up with customers on a timely basis for the confirmation; In preparing the billing statement, calculate the drivers' cost (including wage and reimbursement).

3. Issue tax invoices to customers based on leasing contract and confirmation back from customers

4. Coordinate with AR collector to make the cash application properly and timely; register the cash application on invoice level

5. Monitor past due AR status and give reminder to AR manager and AR collector for the collections

6. Maintain close contact with sales representative to ensure customer is providing timely payment for services rendered.

C.Educational Background:

College's degree in Accounting or related.

D.Professional Experience:

2-4 years AR accountant in similar roles is a must.

Preferably with AR experience in service industries or retail industries in MNCs.

Preferable with AR experience in companies which are growing up at very fast speed.

E.Skills:

1. Basic written and oral English

2. Good organization skills; know how to prioritize daily work

3. Good Excel Skills

4. Knowledge of Oracle AR/GL would be a great advantage
