Objective | Under general direction, manage new IFM project transition to secure business expansion, excellence in customer satisfaction, financials, resource delivery, business delivery and deliver gross profit margins |

Accountabilities | 1.Report to Transition director/manager to support all transition tasks including drive transition meeting, prepare tracker, plan, SOP, staff hiring and reports. 2.Liaison with internal business units to implement transition task and fulfill all compliance issues. 3.Manage Client and end user expectation to deliver professional and satisfaction services. 4.Responsible for transition task in accordance with approved operating guidelines and budgets |

Key Result Areas | 1.Communicates operating philosophy, objectives, and expectations to the team. 2.Resolves customer issues/conflicts. Maintains open communications with the Client and internal team and good customer relationship to improve customer satisfaction. 3.Achieve profit projection target. 4.Prepares customer/management required reports detailing transition activities at assigned facilities for the reporting period. 5.Prepares assigned transition budgets for selected line items. 6.Tracks, analyzes and trends assigned transition costs 7.Ensures that all programs and procedures are being implemented. 8.Complies with all company policies and procedures and adheres to company standards of business ethics and conduct. 9.Must be a team player committed to working in a quality environment 10.Work with Business Development Manager for new business account. |
Required Qualifications & Experience | 1.Degree in Building Management 2.Minimum 3 years in Facilities Account Management , particular for soft services 3.Self motivated, results driven, possesses high integrity with good business acumen 4.Strong leadership with excellent interpersonal and communication skills 5.Customer-centric 6.Well versed in computer applications 7.Excellent in English language. |
