职位描述：
Job Responsibility
？ Working with quality engineers to analyze, establish, manage and enforce CZ China innovation center QMS.
？ Establish and maintain document system initially for local product development team, later may be extended to the whole company.
？ Prepare necessary documentation ready for external or government agent’s audit.
？ Perform regular audit on documents in order to ensure that all documents are properly prepared and submitted to the system.
？ Be responsible for file validation and document controlling. Before submitting a document, a document or file must first be checked and approved
？ Establish smooth internal communication channel and support harmonizing quality control procedure in the organization
？ Be responsible for recording, tracking and monitoring devices in Innovation Center
？ Be responsible for managing and calibrating all measuring tools are being used in Innovation center
？ Organize to handle customer complaints, involve in quality control of raw materials and supply-side management.
？ Participate in internal audit.
？ Other duties as assigned.

Requirement
？ University degree or above. Major in mechanical or Optic-electronics prefered.
？ At least 3 year experience in quality management with experience of document control highly preferred.
？ Proven record of QMS management, ISO standard enforcement, and quality control.
？ Excellent communication and teamwork skills
？ Good command of English, both oral & written.
？ Ability to keep clear and accurate records and reports.
？ Ability to organize work load and to manage multiple tasks.
？ Excellent data analysis and problem solving skills with knowledge of Six Sigma
？ ISO9001, ISO13485 and ISO14000 certified.
