Head of IT Functional Leadership
YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
?Fully accountable for functional leadership within the entire country group and acts as single
representative towards global
?Define local functional IT strategy in line with global IT and divisional strategies
?Drive local innovation & cooperate in global initiatives
?Define local needs on workplace and align with global IT workplace organization following
global standards
?Drive local implementation of information security incl. cyber security / compliance measures
?Define local standards/guidelines for Enterprise Architecture in line with global (considering
local regulations) & ensure appropriate implementation
?Define local standards/guidelines for Risk Management/Compliance & steer and monitor
related governance and implementation in the country
?Lead Program/Project Management Excellence for the country in line with global framework
?Coordinate local project portfolio in cooperation with local Business Partnering and Local
Operations following global guidance
?Ensure full involvement and information management of the respective IT and business
areas in the country
?Accountable for quality management/Audit for ITO’s responsibility of delivery services in
APAC
WHO YOU ARE
?Minimum of 10 years of overall experience in IT and business functions and ideally general
management roles
?Demonstrated skills in management, leadership and strategic thinking as well as conceptual
and technical knowledge
?In-depth knowledge of Bayer business and functional relationships and various operating
units
?Communications strategy and messaging skills with the ability to build long term partnerships
with internal management & staff as well as with external authorities
?Experienced in multidisciplinary project- and corresponding change management
?English language fluent in spoken and written
International experienced and capability to work in a multicultural environment
?University degree, IT and business degrees preferred 举报 分享
