Learning & Development consultant is responsible for driving business impact through learning and development solutions partnering with HR Business Partners (“HRBP”). The L&D consultant drives L&D solutions design, improvement and landing delivery to address leadership, managerial and employee capability gaps.



The key responsibilities of this role include:

- Learning & Development Needs Analysis & Solution design

Partnering with HRBPs to drive learning & development needs analysis and intervention solutions design

Responsible for assessment, definition, development and implementation of learning programs and initiatives


- Program delivery

Coordinate with T&OC COE and SMSG L&D to execute global leadership and managerial and employee development programs

Make sure L&D execution excellence & effectiveness in GCR

Facilitate and deliver L&D programs


- Serve as L&D account manager to organization

Create BG/Segment specific instructional design based on unique business/organization needs

Monitor and improve the effectiveness of all L&D programs in the responsible organization


Requirements:

- A solid track record in L&D consultancy as supported by:

- A minimum of seven years Human Resource experience, L&D/ OD roles in MNC or in high profile consulting firms. Generalist HR experience is a plus.

- Proven consultancy and facilitation skills, with the delivery of credible business-focused solutions.

- Managerial learning program design experiences

- Learning program facilitation experiences is a plus

- BA/BS minimum required

- Strong project management skills

- Experiences in landing global programs in China locally

- Multiple projects management skill

- Stakeholder management skill

- Solid program effectiveness monitoring & tracking approach

- Systematic Thinking Capabilities, Business Acumen & Organization Insights as shown by:

- Demonstrated business results through the implementation of L&D solutions

- Capacity to think systemically and understand and navigate large scale systems

- Has the ability to discuss business and strategic issues with key stakeholders

- Quickly understand organization dynamic and set up network

- Communication, Collaboration and Influencing skills as evidenced by:

- Strong cross-group collaboration skills in a multi-cultural, matrixed environment

- Demonstrated ability to work with all level of business managers and HRBPs and build effective working relationships.

- Energetic, passionate toward L&D, open to and proactive in seeking new ideas, resilient, could work under pressure

- English fluency both written and oral
