职位描述：
? 建立和发展员工招聘渠道，负责一线和办公室员工的招聘工作
Establishes and develops local employees recruitment channels take charge of recruitment work for frontline staff and office staff
? 负责各类人事事务工作，办理录用、退工、退休等入职、离职手续
Ensures the HR administrative work, deals with staff enrolling and resign process, such as on board, termination and retire.
? 建立完整的员工档案资料
Establishes complete employee file
? 按相关政策为员工缴纳社会保险，
Pays social insurance according to related policy
? 办理医疗报销和工伤申报、索赔等相关事宜
Deals with medical claim and application and compensation of work accident injury
? 准确、及时录入员工考勤和薪资数据，用于工资的计算
Inputs attendance record and compensation data accurately and in time
? 负责办理个人所得税申报
Be responsible for individual income tax declaration
? 填报各类政府和公司报表
Fills forms, reports issued by company or government
? 参与处理员工调动，升职，奖惩、解聘等工作
Participates in handling employee movement, promotion, reward and termination
? 协调相关部门妥善处理劳动争议和员工投诉
Coordinates related department to deal with labour dispute and complaint
? 负责员工培训工作，监督新员工的入职培训
Be responsible for organizing and implementing employee training; monitors induction training for new employees at office or on site.
? 和营运团队保持良好沟通，解答相关咨询，提供专业意见
Keeps close communication with operation team, answers questions and provide professional suggestion
? 及时传达政策变动信息, 解答有关人力资源政策方面的咨询
Ensures the communication of most updated policies and responds to the questions.
? 负责公司经营所需证照的年度审核
Be responsible for annual administrative check-ups of licenses or certification that are necessary for company operation
? 负责办公室日常用品的采购
Be responsible for procure office equipment
? 对办公场所、绿化、保洁、办公设备等供应商进行管理
Manages suppliers for working space, cleaning, decoration, green plants and office equipment
? 协调、安排员工年度体检
