职位描述
Detail Responsibilities
· Develop FCO self business plan following APA regional instructions
o Communicate with APA to align assumptions with desired target including
volume (IPV, FPV); product mix; pricing, cost, variable marketing, HPV,
L&OH economics/efficiency, engineering cost, fixed marketing and A&S.
· Coordinate business plan process with Joint Ventures and prepare
China consolidated version
o Coordinate communication between JV and APA to align assumptions and
deliver desired target. The assumptions including volume (IPV, FPV);
product mix; pricing, cost, variable marketing, HPV, L&OH economics/
efficiency, engineering cost, fixed marketing
· Lead analysis and forward year profit changes
o Coordinate the process of functional review to agree with JV
proposed financials.
· Collect allocation assumptions for BU vehicles, components profit,
royalty and engineering income and APA A&S/FM allocations
· Support PF3 cash flow preparation
o Communicate with MSS to align volume assumptions for import vehicles,
including order volume, production volume and Bill of Landing volume.
o Modify balance sheet account forecast model to accommodate different
payment terms, and input assumptions into the model to run cash flow forecast
o Communicate with APA functions to get assumptions of capital spending,
inventory and financing.
o Align with JV teams on dividend forecast
· Input business plan financials into Pfx systems
· Support management package for review
· Identify and implement process improvements
Preferred previous experiences / competencies to prepare for the position
Education Qualification/ Expected Certifications
· Bachelor degree in Finance

· 4-5 years work experience in financial analysis with preferably
auto industry experience
Area of professional exposure (technical skills)
· Knowledge of financial reports consolidation; familiar with cash flow
reports, knowledge of basic accounting and finance concepts
Functional/Technical Skills
· Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
Behavioral Skills
· Good communication skill both in English and Chinese; team work spirit
