What are my responsibilities?
- Support the manager in the implementation of the controlling system, set up the controlling concept and system; implement the guidelines as well as the internal control of SLC and MOL/RL.
- Responsible for internal and external reporting.
- Prepare forecasts of monthly/yearly key business data; prepare quarterly business reviews, process management
- Communicate with headquarter regarding report.
- Set-up of controlling concept and system
- Implementation of guidelines and internal control system of SLC and MO / RL China
- Coordination with external audit
- Regular internal & external reporting
- Cost controlling on CC level
- Set-up, execution and monitoring of the planning process within MO / RL China NEA
- Forecasting of key business data
- Monthly performance reporting
- Preparation of regular business reviews and analysis
- Coordination of the annual BTA process
- Ensure the reliability of financial reporting
- Project controlling (collect figures from project teams)
- Proposal calculation (incl. calculation guidelines)
- Project planning & structure (SA structure, capacity planning, refer to criteria list PM@TS)
- Opportunity / Risk management
- Monthly, quarterly and annual business administration reporting
- Budget and forecast planning (costs and profit center)
- Project reports and EVA
- Controlling (investments, profit center, productivity and NCC)
- Claim management
- Business administration interrelationships (comprehensive value flow, from cost center to project to financial statement, from costs to assets)
- Presentation skills
- Archiving process
- Internal Contact: Corporate departments of SLC, MO / RL China, divisional partners, other position-specific internal contacts (e.g. JV, project teams)
- External Contact: External auditors, consulting firms
What do I need to qualify for this job?
- 2-3 years of experience in several jobs in different functions in the controlling area, Siemens knowledge is an advantage, ability to analyze, network skills coaching.
- At least 2 years of experience are preferable
- Work experience in international companies is preferred
- Contract law (Legal services; PM@TS guidelines)
- National trade law
- US GAAP / IFRS
- Insurance (transport, assembly, warranty, liability)
- Tax knowledge (IFRS / Local GAAP)
- TS technology
- GG technology
- SAP
- MS Office
