Archibat HR Asia 正在为一北欧化妆品公司寻找市场经理一名。该公司创立于2013年，专注于美容与健康解决方案。
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Define comprehensive marketing strategies, budget and calendars. Ensure the implementation.
- Manage all promotions calendars, in store events, exhibitions and VIP programs to maximize exposure
- Ensure all in-store marketing materials and in mall branding are consistent and comply with corporation’s brand guidelines
- Focus efforts on driving retail store traffic, increasing spend and building brand awareness
- Develop and execute of China social media strategic plan.
- Expand brand channels, including traditional media, new media, social media and life service platform of resource integration, interactive marketing planning and implementation.
- Online brand awareness build up and O2O campaign
- Retain strong working relations between the external parties and the company.
- Ensure availability of market data, consumer insight and competitive information
Requirement:
- Bachelor degree in Marketing or related discipline
- Rich relevant working experience in International FMCG Company
- Excellent written and oral Chinese & English skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Consumer insights & market trends
- Ability to handle multiple tasks
